Do you know anybody leaving in Switzerland or France who used VitalDB successfully to connect to a Philips Intellivue device?
We are just getting started for research and we would benefit from someone's experience.

Many people are successfully recording data from Intellivue monitors without any major effort.
I think you can do the whole process by yourself by referring to the article "Hardware Connection Guide".
In short, you should first check your monitor model and make sure you have a communication board and port on your monitor.
You can then prepare an RJ-45 to serial cable and a serial-to-USB cable and perform data collection using the VR program.

안녕하십니까, 저는 서울아산병원 마취통증의학과 임상강사 이병두입니다.
다름이 아니라, 저는 이제서야 처음으로 VitalDB를 개인PC에 설치하고 사용법에 익숙해 지려고 하고 있습니다.
그런데 저희 수술방에서 저장한 기존의 vital file을 열기위해서 왼쪽 상단의 OPEN FILE을 클릭하면 바로 자동으로 프로그램이 종료됩니다.
여러번 재 설치도 해보았고 1.8.7.41버전도 추가로 설치도 해보고 컴퓨터 재 부팅도 해보았지만 계속해서 open file클릭 시 자동 종료가 되어버립니다.
