Help needed to connect CardioQ monitor and Orhcestra Base Intensive syringes #182

Hello, and thanks for the great work in developing the software.

I've been able to connect and record data from Philips monitors without any trouble, but I can't get any signal input from both the CO CardioQ monitor and from the Orchestra Base Intensive.

I followed all the steps from the connecting guide, I tried changing all the pieces (Serial to USB converter, F/F inverter), but couldn't have any success.

Do you know if there are steps I am missing to try to pinpoint where the problem is ?

Thanks a lot for your help !

Thank you for your interest. We have tested the protocol for Deltex "CardioQ ODM +". Since many researchers, including us, are collecting data well in the way we proposed, we do not know what is wrong with you at this time. Perhaps you want to check if CardioQ's firmware is up to date.

The Orchestra protocol is actually the protocol for the Orchestra "Base Primea" for target-controlled infusion of anesthetic drugs. "Base Primea" and "Base Intensive" do not seem to share the same protocol, and we did not test our protocol for the Base Intensive system.

However, if you take pictures of the hardware and device configuration screens that you set up and send them to us (in PPT or PDF), we may have some information that will help us develop the protocols.
