Dear Vitalrecorder Team,
I had to reissue a VR code, but today I can't see the monitors signals on webpage via webmonitoring. Locally vitalrecorder is working as ususal. It just worked fine with the old VR code two days ago.
Is this a temporary issue? Or a malfunction?

I've checked the server log, but I don't think there was any issue last week.
1. Have you checked the network connection or VitalRecorder Settings?
2. Which version of VitalRecorder are you using?
