How can I retrieve and display clinical information from the open dataset using the VitalDB Python library?
I appreciate any guidance or insights you can provide. Thank you in advance for your time and assistance.

Hi Yohei,
VitalDB Python library does not provide clinical information.
1. Please go to Open Dataset page
2. Click Data Viewer
3. Select cases and click Download Clinical Information from the Actions menu
This will give you clinical information of the selected cases in a csv file.
