does the SNUDAC/PLETH and SNUDAC/ECG_II sensors are syncronised with each other? #628

we are tryieng to estimate PTT based on the time differance btewwen peaks in ECG and PPG sensors.But we found that the two signals are not synchronized. Are these two signals synchronized during collection? Is there any delay caused by filtering?
