Anesthesia and ICU charting using Vital Recorder #689

We are a government teaching hospital with 14 operating rooms, 14 PACU beds, 8 NORA locations, 19 ICU beds.

We already have our own custom EMR with dataflows for Anesthesia (PAC, Intraoperative, Postoperative) and ICU (Doctor, and Nursing).

We are actively searching a competent service provider to integrate all device data (tabular data for all devices, and waveform data for standalone 12 lead ECG recorders only) using Vital Recorder / Vital view into our EMR identified by patient's unique Hospital ID.

Our devices include:

Multiparameter Monitors with Anesthetic Gas Module, Advanced Hemodynamic Module, BIS, NMT (Nihon Kohden CSM1502, Nihon Kohden BSM3763, Philips IntelliVue MX550, Mindray BeneView T6, Philips MR400).

Anesthesia Workstations (Draeger Atlan A350, Draeger Fabius Plus, GE 9100c NXT, Mindray Wato EX20, GE Aestiva/5 MR).

ICU patient monitors (Philips IntelliVue MX450, Mindray BeneVision N12)

ICU Ventilators (Draeger Evita 600, Mindray SV300, GE Siaretron 4000)

HFNC Machines (Fisher & Paykel AirVo 2)

Hemodialysis Machines (Fresenius 4008s)

Minday Peristaltic Infusion Pumps (Benefusion VP1)

Syringe Pumps (Medcaptain SYS3011)

TCI Pumps (BD Alaris PK plus)

ABG Machines (Radiometer ABL800 Flex)

12 lead ECG recorder and printer (various makes and models). 

Is there any commercial service provider available in India who can offer these device integration (installation, testing and maintenance services)  with our EMR using Vital Recorder / Vital View platform using appropriate networking hardware and servers.

 

Tentative configuration of hardware for our IoT of medical devices are:

Touch Display with Integrated all in one PC: 1 for each terminal (OT/ICU bed)
Serial to Ethernet Device Connection Hub (e.g. Brainbox ES-279): 1 for each terminal (OT/ICU bed)
Wireless Barcode Scanner Set: 1 for each terminal (OT/ICU bed)
Network Switches and cabling set (e.g. Netgear GS108Tv3): 1 for each terminal (OT/ICU bed)
Rack mounted database server (storage node): 1 for the whole project.
Rack mounted application server (administrator node): 1 for the whole project

Hospital LAN for network connectivity at each terminal (OT / ICU bed), and civil works, and UPS will be provided by the Institute.

We do not want to buy or subscribe to proprietary Anesthesia / ICU charting softwares as we already have our own custom built software for Anesthesia and ICU dataflow of clinical records.
