BIS EEG waveform data not recording in .vital file (Philips MX850 monitor, MIB output port) #699

Hello.

I would like to get input on why I am not able to get BIS EEG waveform data in the .vital files. The BIS waveform does display on the Philips monitor, but the API does not show any BIS waveform data. Dragging and dropping the file into VitalRecorder also doesn't show the waveform but does show all other numerical BIS data (suppression ratio, BIS number, EMG, SQI, etc.). This occurs when I check and uncheck the EEG box in the device setup window. Is there any setting that I may have missed with VitalRecorder or the monitor, or is this a known issue with the MX850 monitors?
