Not working with Intellivue MP30 #720

Hi everyone,

I am not sure what I am doing wrong.

1) I bought an Intellivue MP30 that did not come with the MIB/RS232 board. I bought the board separately and installed it but plugging it in to one of the data slots. The green lights are all on and showing the arrow going out.  

2) I entered service mode and confirmed that the driver is set to DtOut 1 and 2 and data export is fixed to 115200 baud 

3) I wired a ethernet to DB9 connector according to the specs on the document and also tried reversing Tx/Rx while leaving ground where it was 

4) Confirmed Com11 is the serial to USB port on my computer and is working 

In spite of this, Vitalrecorder will not recognize the MP30. Are there hardware or firmware configuations on the MP30 that I haven't done? Or have I not plugged in the RS232 card properly?
