Dear Vital DB Team

Thank you for your great work.

We are thinking about implementing your software in our research facility. We have the following question:

How do you implement analog signals from third party devices (such as transonic flow meters) into vitalDB?

Thank you for your reply

You need to prepare one of the analog to digital converters supported by our program.
The ADCs supported by the program are DataQ (DI-149, DI-155, DI-110, DI1120) and NI (USB-6008) products.
For cable connection method, refer to ADC connection method in DOCs/Hardware connection guide/Patient monitors.
Signal frequency and scale (gain) can be set when adding a device in the program.

Hello

Many thanks for your great software.
I am attempting to connect a Transonic Perivascular Flow Meter to Vital DB. I have purchased a DataQ DI-1100 ADC and made all of the connections to my laptop which uses Windows 7. With the Flow Meter in test mode, I receive a good signal using the WinDaQ software that comes with the ADC. However, when I attempt to add a device in VitalRecorder (v.1.8.15.15), nothing shows up in the COM port list. I have tried the instructions at the bottom of the add device page without success.

Do you have any suggestions?

Thank you!
